We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and are actively working toward that goal.

What we have done

We have added and continue to add descriptive alt text to images across our main site pages and continue to add alt text as new content is created. Our downloadable PDF guides are being optimized for screen reader accessibility. We are in the process of adding closed captions to all video tutorials.

Known limitations

Our video tutorials are currently in the process of being captioned. If you need access to a specific video before captions are complete, please contact us and we will prioritize it.

While we strive to ensure accessibility across all pages and content, some materials may not yet fully conform to the most current accessibility standards. We are committed to ongoing improvements and will make good faith efforts to address accessibility issues brought to our attention within a reasonable timeframe.

Some areas of our website or learning platform may rely on third-party tools or software (such as video hosting or embedded content). While we strive to choose tools that support accessibility and work to make our content accessible within those platforms, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party technology that is outside of our direct control.
